Doing my medical elective in Africa did something to me. Something special that cannot be replicated by any amounts of TV, or movies, or poems, or photographs.

Something that everyone needs to see, but so many don't.

Something that people see in the news, sigh, shake their heads, then return to their dinner.

I started to sob...I feel every time so ashamed... and I've wondered, how could I help this little guy? By Worldvision, that I know, but I'd like attend where the help is needed, service and help people when I'm sitting in comfy sofa and eating banana. It irritates, that I'm not giving anything back of my luxurious lifestyle, if they'd see me.

Well there are many ways to help, and every little bit helps! Things like UNICEF etc take donations, no matter how little, and even if you just help one person, you're helping THEIR whole world :)
